This book aims to introduce pre-number skills to preschoolers aged between 2-6 years old and remedial pupils 7-8 years old. Numeracy is essential to learn from early years as numeracy encompasses the pre-number skills such as recognise colors, shapes and numbers. Pre-number skills help learners to further master basic computation, measurement, geometry, probability and statistics in their future mathematics lessons as well. This book aims to introduce five pre-number skills which are matching, sorting, pairing, ordering and patterning. This will then allow preschoolers to develop their number sense via pre-number skills.
